PrepNexz is operated by Aenexz Tech Pvt Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the website, candidate portal, and company/admin dashboards, and how we use and protect it.
2. Information we collect
At signup we collect your name, email address, mobile number, and the company/organisation you belong to. As you use the tools, we also process the content you submit — resume text, LinkedIn profile data, interview responses, and application records — plus usage counts so we can enforce per-user feature limits.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to run the AI tools (resume optimisation, mock interviews, market insights, job matching), to approve and administer your account, to show your company admin how their members are using the platform, to send service and lifecycle emails (verification, approval, limit alerts), and to keep the platform secure.
4. AI providers
To produce AI outputs, your submitted content is sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini) under their respective privacy terms. We send only what is needed to generate the result and do not sell your data to these providers.
5. Job listings and third parties
Job openings are aggregated from public career boards and listing sites. When you click "Apply at source", you leave PrepNexz and are subject to the destination site's privacy policy. We are not responsible for how third-party employers or job boards handle your data.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, and to measure traffic with Google Analytics. You can manage cookie preferences from the consent banner shown on your first visit.
7. Account visibility
Your company administrator can see your name, contact details, and tool usage for their organisation. The PrepNexz admin team can view all accounts for support, abuse prevention, and compliance. We do not share your personal data with other candidates.
8. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted by you, your company admin, or the PrepNexz team, we remove your personal information from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
9. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@prepnexz.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level database security to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. We will note the updated date above and, for material changes, notify you through the platform or by email.
